Geodetic Earth System Sciences

Characteristics of the research focus of Geodetic Earth System Sciences mainly concentrates on the building of models for the evaluation of satellite and terrestrial geodetic measurements as well as their application in geodynamics. The Geodetic use of GNSS is another research focus as well as optimising GPS observation methods for polar research. Research in Gravity Field Recovery focuses mainly on issues of boundary value problem and problems in association with vertical datums.
