Terrestrial laser scanning

In recent years, terrestrial laser scanning has become a standard measurement technique in engineering geodesy. Compared to the classical point-based measurement techniques, it allows for the fast, contactless and complete acquisition of the entire measurement object. The recorded point clouds represent a quasi-continuous description of the recorded measurement objects and can be used for a variety of purposes.
