As part of the DFG Research Unit FOR 5455 "TLS-Defo", the project (P1s) focuses on surface representation and area-wise deformation analysis using Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) measurements. The research addresses the modeling of spatiotemporal correlations and stochastic deformation frameworks to reliably detect structural changes and monitor aging civil infrastructure like dam and bridges.
