Short Bio

Paul Vincent Kuper is a Lecturer of Geoinformation Science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Dr. Kuper obtained his Diploma in Systems Science with focus on Computer Sciences at the University of Osnabrück in 2010. In 2016 he obtained his Doctorate in Engineering (Dr.-Ing) at the faculty of Civil Engineering, Geo and Environmental Sciences, KIT. Since 2011 he is working as a Research Associate at the Geodetic Institute where he teaches multiple courses, i.a. Geoinformatics, Programming for Geodesists, Geodatabases. In 2017 he obtained the faculty teaching award for high quality teaching. His major study interests include: mobile GIS, 3D/4D geodatabases, WebGL and GIS applications.
